As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, please respect the following policies:


  • Notice of appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Please make sure to arrive on time to your appointment as we cannot guarantee the complete treatment time for late arrivals

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may schedule a walk-in client for the appointment; you will be considered a Walk-in and may have to wait or rescheduled for another day/time

  • Walk-ins are welcome (subject to availability). Booking in advance is recommended


  • Combinations cannot be split


  • We will make every effort to correct a nail service if you are dissatisfied.  Please let management know immediately


  • Please limit all mobile phone conversations


  • Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore and Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone


  • Unaccompanied children are not permitted in the salon unless when receiving service
