As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, please respect the following policies:

 

• Notice of appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance

​

• Please make sure to arrive on time for your appointment as we cannot guarantee the complete treatment time for late arrivals

​

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may schedule a walk-in client for the appointment; you will be considered a Walk-in and may have to wait or reschedule for another day/time

​

• Walk-ins are welcome (subject to availability). Booking in advance is recommended

 

• Combinations cannot be split

 

• We will make every effort to correct a nail service if you are dissatisfied.  Please let management know immediately

 

• Please limit all mobile phone conversations

 

• Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore and Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

 

• Unaccompanied children are not permitted in the salon unless when receiving service

 

We ask everyone to be considerate of the salon atmosphere and help us maintain a relaxing environment for all. Please help us keep Beauty Box enjoyable, relaxing and hygienic for all our clients.

Our Guarantee

Here at Beauty Box, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients by offering a guarantee policy of up to:

​

• 24 hours for Normal Polish

• 5 days for Gel Polish

• 7 days for Prescription Nails & Enhancements

• 7 days for Eyelash Extensions

NOTE:

• Fixing should be done within 48 hours of the request. We will make every effort to correct any service that you are dissatisfied with. Kindly let us know immediately. 

• For nail polish & enhancements, our guarantee policy covers instances of smudging, peeling, bubbling, lifting, & chipping EXCEPT tears & breakages
