As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, please respect the following policies:

Notice of appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance

Please make sure to arrive on time to your appointment as we cannot guarantee the complete treatment time for late arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may schedule a walk-in client for the appointment; you will be considered a Walk-in and may have to wait or rescheduled for another day/time

Walk-ins are welcome (subject to availability). Booking in advance is recommended

Combinations cannot be split

We will make every effort to correct a nail service if you are dissatisfied. Please let management know immediately

Please limit all mobile phone conversations

Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore and Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Unaccompanied children are not permitted in the salon unless when receiving service
